Jukebox Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Your sign-in details from the login provider you choose, such as Google account information needed to identify your account.
- Your requests available, request additions, song request history, and related jukebox activity needed to run the service.
- Technical and security information such as session tokens, device or browser information, IP address, and request logs used to protect accounts and investigate abuse or errors.
- Payment details returned by the payment provider, such as masked card details and transaction identifiers. Full bank card numbers are handled on the bank's secure payment page and are not stored by this site.
- Feedback you submit through the app, together with related diagnostic details that help us review and resolve your request.
2. How we use data
- To sign you in and keep your session active.
- To show your requests available, process song requests, and manage request additions.
- To create, confirm, and reconcile payments.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate requests, and unauthorized access.
- To troubleshoot service issues, review feedback, and keep the platform running.
3. Who we share data with
- Your payment is processed through the Bank of Georgia payment flow when you add requests.
- Sign-in data may be verified with the identity provider you use, such as Google.
- Local jukebox venues may receive only the limited request information needed to queue your selected song.
4. Retention and deletion
When you delete your account, the service removes your active access, revokes your sessions, and anonymizes personal account details used for sign-in. Some records may be retained where needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, audit logging, support handling, or legal obligations.
- Deleted account sessions are revoked and browser access is cleared.
- Saved card records stored by this site are marked deleted.
- Request, payment, and feedback records may be retained in a non-active form for accounting, support, and security purposes.
- Any remaining requests may become unavailable after account deletion.
