Jukebox App Terms and Conditions
1. Service
Jukebox lets users browse available tracks and submit song requests at supported venues. Requests are sent to physical venue jukebox equipment and depend on venue equipment, local network availability, and queue settings.
2. Account and use
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity performed through your account. Use of the service must be lawful and must not interfere with the service or other users.
3. Jukebox request packages and payments
Displayed prices apply at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through supported payment providers. Request packages are used only to request public playback on physical jukebox equipment at supported venues. Song requests do not guarantee immediate playback or playback in a specific order.
4. Refunds
Unused paid requests can be refunded upon user request. The refund request must be sent from the email address registered to the user account. Used requests, completed song requests, and promotional or bonus requests are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability of every song, or compatibility with every device, venue, or network.
