Physical and mobile song requests

Jukebox.ge can combine coin, payment-terminal, and mobile-app requests. The channels available to a guest depend on the configuration of that venue.

REQUEST CHANNELS

Three different guest actions, one venue queue

Guests use an available channel while the venue controls which music can be requested.

The guest uses the physical jukebox and the coin-request process available at that venue.

A request may start from the on-site terminal when that channel is enabled.

The guest connects to the supported venue, searches music, and requests from a phone.

SHARED QUEUE

The request channel does not change where music plays: audio uses the venue system, and the venue controls availability.
